Our strategy to achieve this involves:

All of these are offered with transparent and affordable pricing. Our monthly unlimited plan costs less than the fee a recruiter charges to fill a single shift!
Our system will continuously search for a match until you mark your locum shift as filled. If a match is found, the system will automatically email you the jobseeker's details, no agencies involved. You can then follow up with them directly, or they can reach out to you.
Before you contact the locum job seeker, you can review their profile page, which includes reviews from other practices and an about section.
Founded by a Cambridge graduate, we are a very small company with no external funding (and hence no conflicts of interest! 🛡️), striving to innovate an industry we believe has been underserved. We know the veterinary industry firsthand, as our family members are part of it, and we have only the best interests in mind (pinky promise ✋). You might ask why our services are not free, and the answer is quite simple. It's because there are some individuals who might abuse the system 🚫, making it unusable for everyone else.
