About Us

We are a gold ISFM practice and a silver RWAF practice, awarded with an ACE award (Aspiring clinical excellence) from Vets4Pets. Our team includes exotic certificate holders and we see a varied case load. We also dabble in acupuncture, and we are a fear free practice. 🏥💉

We have a Companion Animal Laser machine and a Stance machine in practice now which we are having a blast using! 🐾🔬

Our Culture

We love socializing! This could mean going out for a meal one week or swimming in lakes the next! We enjoy attending CPD events together, which usually includes a shopping trip! 🍽️🏊‍♀️🛍️

Working Hours

Full-time hours would be 9am to 6pm 4 days a week with one day off a week and 1:3 Saturday mornings 9am to 12pm. The team works together to ensure that we leave on time and little over time is required. Any over time is paid. ⏰💵

Staff Wellbeing

We genuinely care about our staff; staff wellbeing is our thing. We had a personal trainer last year for the whole team which was great fun! We are always looking for novel ways to support our staff wellbeing and create a relaxed atmosphere, so ideas are always welcomed. 💪🧘‍♀️

Location

Our location is great, we are 20 minutes away from Nottingham and Derby city centre and close enough to enjoy the outdoors of the peak district. Attenborough nature reserve is on our doorstep and there is also lots of retail therapy. Rail and Air travel is also close by. 🌳🚄✈️
