I’m working closely with a fantastic 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘃𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 that’s on the lookout for an experienced vet to join their friendly and supportive team! This is a practice that genuinely cares about its team’s wellbeing, career progression, and work-life balance – and they’ve got the rota and culture to prove it!

🔹 4-day fixed week – predictable shifts so you can plan life outside of work

🔹 Minimal weekends & nights – a few Saturday shifts a year and a fair on-call rota

You’d be joining a team with Advanced Practitioners & certificate holders across multiple disciplines, so there’s always support and mentorship available. They’ve even designed a ‘support vet’ role to keep things running smoothly – no more squeezing in extra cases or staying late!
