Veterinary Surgeon FT / PT

We are a friendly and supportive small animal veterinary clinic based in Pinner, North London, and we are looking for a Small Animal Vet to join our team - working together as a team is what we are all about!

We would ideally like a full time veterinary surgeon to join us but will also happily consider part time roles. Our full time role is 40 hours per week, and you can choose if you would like to work a 4 day week or a 5 day week. Our weekend rota is 1 in 6 Saturday mornings (9 - 1 pm) and we don't do any OOH. You will not need to do any sole charge, apart from Saturday mornings, which can be supported if required.

We are a team of 2 full time vets, 5 part time vets, 5 RVNS, 2 SVNS, 1 PCA and 3 receptionists, as well as our fantastic Practice Manager and Clinical Director. All our lovely vets work together, supporting each other and sharing the caseload. We regularly discuss cases with each other in an informal basis, but also during quality improvement meetings. We have regular team and practice meetings. We currently have a mix of 20 minute and 15 minute appointments with scheduled breaks between consultations and scheduled admin time. We have access to free specialist telemedicine advice through VetOracle, and have a good relationship with our most local referral centre.

The majority of our clients are part of our healthy pet club scheme and most are insured, which will enable you to work up cases.

We are located in Northwood Hills, 8 minute walk from Northwood Hills underground station with access to the Metropolitan line – 40 minutes into central London. Local bus routes and ample free on street parking.
